The Horseshoe in downtown Reno is on the market. $2.45 million is the asking price.

I see it looks like 6 floors, but I think it's three (even the listing says 3 floors) The Nugget next door to the North is TWO (you climb those stairs to the restrooms and the stairs end).


When it was still the Horseshoe, the second floor was a restaurant that looked right out at the Harold's Club Mural, The Nevada Club and Dick Clark's American Bandstand.

The top floor is probably storage now...or maybe a couple of offices.

Just a year or so ago, I stopped in that jewelery store and they confirmed there used to be a restaurant upstairs. And I think it's deeper than the stores in front. The back end (to the alley) might be part of one of those concert venues.

The Knitting Factory music venue on the South USED to be a Casino called the Silver Spur and more recently, The Gambler.
